Akella Raghavendra is a social thinker, mentor, and institution-builder with sustained engagement across social service, education, leadership development, public communication, and policy-oriented mentoring that extends to business growth initiatives and Civil Services aspirants’ guidance. With over two decades of experience, his initiatives have focused on empowerment through education, youth development through mentoring UPSC Civil Services aspirants and guiding young entrepreneurs in building sustainable and socially responsible enterprises along with profit-making, social equity, and leadership formation, with special emphasis on marginalized communities, women, children, and the differently-abled.
